Have a gourd and a smile Mail Tribune / Bob Pennell Lindsay Fry and her 18-month-old son, Ethan, and other members of west Medford�s Early Head Start program pick out a pumpkin from Geppetto�s Pumpkin Patch at Eagle Mill Farm Wednesday.
