Bulldogs fare well at boxing tournament GRESHAM � The Medford Bulldog Boxing Club grabbed five individual titles Sunday at the 47th annual Oregon Golden Gloves tournament. Hector Moncada, fighting at 106 pounds, Fransua Moncada (112) and Salvador Regalado (119) each were unopposed in their title bouts. It was Regalado�s third-straight Oregon Golden Gloves title and fourth overall. At 125, Lionel Leon took out Zan Keomisy of Vancouver, Canada, and Bulldog Mike Wilson dominated Brian Torzewski to take the super heavyweight crown. Fighting in the finals but coming up short for the Bulldogs was Homero Gonzalez. Gonzalez dropped a close decision to Jorge Caldera at 165. The Oregon Golden Gloves winners move on to the regionals held in Las Vegas on March 31-April 1. Wilson, the No. 1 fighter in the nation in the super heavyweight division, will fight in the USA Nationals next Tuesday in Colorado Springs, Colo.
