Medford police Monday arrested Crawford on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine as well as driving under the influence of intoxicants and violating his conditions of probation on a past drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs —   Corey Robert Paul Hastings, 21, of Portland. Hastings made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Weapons — Lloyd Earl Russell, Jr., 59, of the 20000 block of Meadow Glen, Grants Pass. Russell made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court in a charge of carrying a concealed weapon. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Warrants — James Lawrence Stratton, 32, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Stratton on out-of-county warrants for possession of methamphetamine, fourth-degree assault and for failing to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged Monday in jail on $15,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — Biddle Road at Ohare Park. Medford police took a report at 8:45 p.m. Sunday of a theft of a trailer with a wooden deck.
