A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Shelton on charges of fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and a probation violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Michael Duane Watkins, 38, of the 1200 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. Watkins appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Brandie Sue Tiry, 31, of the 4400 block of Highway 234, White City. Tiry appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Assault — Casey Daniel Wyant, 26, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Wyant on four counts of recklessly endangering, third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $40,000 bail. Drugs — Blake Steven Kimble, 20, no known address. A Medford police officer late Monday arrested Kimble on charges of possession of designer drugs, and providing false information to police about a crime, along with six warrants charging her with failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Tuesday on $35,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 300 block of Hoyt Lane, Phoenix. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a residence and stole medicine and jewelry. Burglary — 200 block of Black Oak Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a residence and stole a telescope and other items valued at $1,700. Vehicle theft — 3600 block of Biddle Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a gold 2004 Ford Taurus, Oregon license plate ZAB 421, was stolen. The car is valued at $26,000.
