After opening with a 70 on Friday, Klabunde carded a 78 on Saturday for a two-day total of 148 entering today's third and final round at RVCC. Hot on the Medford resident's heels are Eric Austad and Brian Garvin, who are each one stroke back at 149. Jim Parrish (150) and Paul Johnson (151) round out the top five in the men's division. In the women's division, Linda Johnson was able to separate from first-round co-leader Kimberly Wood on Saturday with a 77 to take a one-stroke lead over Trina Rasmussen, whose solid showing in the second round has her at 157. Wood stands third at 159. Steve Elbe backed up a first-round 75 with a 73 on Saturday to take a four-shot lead on Bryan Schlafke in the senior men's division, with Terry Anderson, Jim Howe and Terry Smith each five strokes back of Elbe. Advertisement In the super senior men's division, Jim Smith continued his hot play with a 69 on Saturday for a two-day total of 139. Bob Maentz (149), Ron Dixon (153), Bob Harrell (154) and Mike Roberts (155) round out the top five heading into today's final round.
