A Medford police officer late Friday arrested Odell on charges of first- degree kidnap, second-degree robbery and unlawful use of a vehicle. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Saturday on $2,015,000 bail. Theft, forgery — Elizabeth Louise Norman, 45, no known address. A Phoenix police officer Saturday arrested Norman on charges of identity theft, second-degree forgery, second- degree possession of a forged instrument and fraudulent use of a credit card. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Saturday on $45,000 bail. Theft — Tammie Evans Diaz, 36, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Saturday arrested Diaz on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was lodged in jail then released due to overcrowding. Theft — David Paul McQuown, 30, of Portland. A sheriff’s deputy Saturday arrested McQuown on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $5,000 bail. Eluding — Ronnie Lee Kyles, 26, of the 3700 block of Colver Road, Phoenix. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Kyles on warrants charging him with two counts of attempted eluding in a vehicle, strangulation, harassment and reckless driving, failure to appear in court and probation violations, and additional charges of attempted eluding on foot, providing false information to police and resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail without bail.
