La Clinica offers sports physicals By Vickie Aldous By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Aug 10, 2021 03:33 PM A A La Clinica will offer sports physicals and wellness exams at Phoenix Elementary School. Stock photo La Clinica will provide sports physicals and child wellness exams for K-12 students at the Phoenix Elementary School-based health center, 215 N. Rose St., from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day Friday and Saturday. Families can schedule an appointment by calling 541-842-3771. La Clinica will bill insurance for exams, so co-pays may be required. The services are free for families that earn up to 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
