Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend April 14, 2006 Emergency services Felony arrests Burglary, aggravated theft — Gary Lane Sauer, 29, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Phoenix. Medford police Thursday added charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree aggravated theft against Sauer. He was originally arrested March 30 on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and attempting to elude police in a vehicle. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail late Thursday without bail. Theft — Kenneth Douglas Boardman, 18, of the 200 block of North Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Boardman on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding. Arson — Ronald Jason Krueger, 36, of Sunny Valley. Medford police Thursday arrested Krueger on charges of first-degree arson, endangering the welfare of a minor and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $27,000 bail. Burglary — Gordon Andrew Mosley, 46, of the first block of West Villa Lane, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s detective Thursday arrested Mosley on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, menacing, first-degree trespassing, failure to appear in court and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $40,000 bail. Burglary — Anthony Gilbert, 43, of the 300 block of Howard Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Gilbert on charges of second-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree attempted burglary and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Burglary — Kristopher Dean Lummer, 24, of the 3700 block of Falcon Street, White City. Lummer appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree burglary, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Matthew David Morrison, 26, of the 500 block of Kings Street, Medford. Morrison appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Credit card fraud, theft — Melissa Ann Watt, 19, of the 700 block of Sarah Park Circle, Eagle Point. Watt appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with credit card fraud and first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Kateena Larae Forster, 32, of the 2400 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. Forster appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of first-degree forgery and two counts of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Jeffrey Arlain Kerr, 31, of the 1200 block of West Main Street, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Kerr on charges of possession of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $9,000 bail. Vehicle theft, theft — Peggy Louise Westbrook, 37, no known street address, Medford. Ashland police Thursday arrested Westbrook on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Thursday on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 2100 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday took a report in which a bicycle, lawn mower, baseball cards and speakers were stolen from a residence. The total value of the items was $1,795.
