A Medford police officer Friday arrested Bilyeu on charges of fourth-degree assault and possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Anthony Joseph Jenkins, 19, of Spring Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Jenkins on a warrant charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Kimberly Ann Carpenter-Brandsen, 34, of the 500 block of Faith Avenue, Ashland. An Ashland police officer Friday arrested Carpenter-Brandsen on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Friday night on $5,000 bail. Identity theft — Jason Earl Bateman, 25, of the 200 block of DeBarr Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Bateman on a charge of identity theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $5,000 bail. Drugs, conspiracy — Robert Allen Plume, 37, of the 1300 block of Spring Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Plume on two counts of possession of amphetamines, conspiracy to commit identity theft and conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $7,000 bail. Drugs — Manuel Acker Hernandez, 22, of the 600 block of Deer Park Drive, Shady Cove. Hernandez made his initial appearance Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $5,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 600 block of Industrial Circle, Central Point. A sheriff’s deputy Friday took a report of a theft in which a vehicle was taken and vandalized. Damages were estimated at $1,000.
