Her eclectic teaching style draws from Bikram, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Anusara traditions, with a growing emphasis on the Anusara ' Opening to Grace ' and principles of alignment. Dave Rucker was recently named General Manager of the Year for his outstanding performance at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar, in Medford. Rucker was selected from among his peers at seven other Applebee's restaurants in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Rucker has been a manager at Medford Applebee's since 1999. He was promoted to general manager in 2001 to succeed last year's General Manager of the Year, Dave Partridge, when Partridge became general manager at Grants Pass. The franchise group AB Enterprises was recognized for achieving highest total controllable income out of the company's eight stores during 2002. Ross Omlid has joined the sales staff at Melody Stevens Realty. He is returning to real estate after a seven-year absence. He is fully recovered from a heart attack at the age of 30. Omlid previously worked for Advantage Real Estate, 1993-96. He was born in Minnesota and raised in Alaska, where he worked on his family's commercial fishing boat. He attended Southern Oregon University, earning a business administration degree with a minor in marketing.
