Baseball PHOENIX PIRATE CAMP — Pirate Baseball-Softball Camp March Wednesday through Friday, boys ages 6-9 from 9:30 a.m. to noon; girls ages 6-13 from 9:30 a.m. to noon; boys ages 10-13 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Camp is run by the Phoenix High School coaching staff. Maximum of eight teams in each league. First-come, first-served registration. Leagues are: adult upper and lower; 35-and-over; women; high school; 7th-8th grade; 5th-6th grade; 3rd-4th grade. Group size limited to 10 students per instructor. $70 for six-week session ages 6-adult ($80 if not pre-paid and registered); $50 for six-week session ages 3-5 ($60 if not pre-paid). Six-week sessions include six half-hour group lessons, 15 minutes of practice prior to each lesson and free admission to one public session on day of class.
