A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Tuesday added three counts of identity theft, three counts of first-degree forgery and three counts of first-degree theft against Evenson. He was originally arrested July 5 on charges of failing to appear in court and a probation violation. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Assault — Tara Lynn Poole, 24, of the 200 block of North Fifth Street, Central Point. Medford police Sunday arrested Poole on charges of fourth-degree felony assault and harassment. She was lodged in jail and released after posting bail. Weapon — Marvin Randall Williams, 42, of the 300 block of Holly Street, Medford. Central Point police Monday arrested Williams on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, four counts of telephonic harassment and four counts of violating a restraining order. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $100,000 bail. Drugs — Stephanie Ann Hargis, 23, no known street address, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Hargis on charges of possession, manufacturing and delivery of methamphetamine and two counts of probation violation. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $6,000 bail. Drugs — Michael Jarrod Bakkel, 27, no known street address, Medford. A sheriff's deputy Tuesday arrested Bakkel on charges of possession of methamphetamine, attempting to elude police on foot, giving false information to police, resisting arrest, two counts of failing to appear in court and an out-of-county warrant. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $60,000 bail. Burglary, theft, credit card fraud, identity theft — Gary Eugene Wesley Halaas, 29, of the 900 block of East Vilas Road, Central Point. A sheriff's deputy Tuesday arrested Halaas on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, credit card fraud and identity theft. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail. Vehicle theft, theft — Chad Marcus Chilton, 19, of the 1500 block of Hollyhock Drive, Medford. Chilton appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with unlawful use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Tampering — Christin Marie Campbell-Martin, 26, of the 1800 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Campbell-Martin appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with tampering with drug records. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Anita Jean Smith, 46, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Smith appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Jimmy Lee Dwight Swift, 30, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Swift on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $10,000 bail. Theft — Debra Renee Kubik, 51, of the 2800 block of Kirtland Road, Central Point. Kubik appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Michael Dean Bispo, 44, of the 1600 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. Bispo appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Tamara Gail Hackney, 40, of Florence. Hackney appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Burglary — Sam Edward Smith, 34, of the 7500 block of Gladstone Avenue, White City. Central Point police Wednesday arrested Smith on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Jesus Gonzales Macias, 44, of the first block of Division Street, White City. Medford police Wednesday arrested Macias on charges of possession and delivery of cocaine and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Robin Lorraine Carson, 28, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Carson on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failing to appear in court. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $9,000 bail. Crime report Vehicle theft — 400 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police Wednesday took a report in which a 1977 Datson, Oregon license 975 AAJ, was stolen. The value of the car was $2,000.
