Friday, 11:56 a.m. — Police responded to a reported hit and run in the 100 block of Union Street. Friday, 1:43 p.m. — Police towed an abandoned vehicle from the 2900 block of Diane Street. Friday, 2:09 p.m. — Police found property in the 100 block of Lincoln Street. Friday, 3:52 p.m. — Police cited a man in the first block of North Main Street for "unnecessary noise." Friday, 9:06 p.m. — A juvenile male was reported as a runaway in the 900 block of Camelot Drive. Friday, 9:56 p.m. — Police arrested a man on a warrant in the 2300 block of Ashland Street.
