HOBSON SPEAKS AT PAGE THEATRE UPON PROHIBITION Honorable Richmond P. Hobson will speak at the Page Sunday at 3 p.m. He will be accompanied and assisted by Dr. Edwin I. Stearns of New York. These are among the most noted leaders of the anti-saloon forces in America. The speakers are now in a national prohibition rally. It is in endeavor to destroy the destroyer. Everyone should hear Mr. Hobson, whether he agrees with him or not. He is a man distinguished in military and political life. He is a man of conviction and lost his place in the United States Congress because of his stand for nationwide prohibition. He is a staunch Democrat, but in line with the men of parties who are against the legal saloon. Admission free. MEDFORD FLOUR IS SATISFACTORY H.O. Norwich, proprietor of the Medford Roller Mills, is proving the popularity of his "Rogue Spray" flour among Medford housewives by publishing the names of over 100 of them, on another page of this paper, who have tried the flour, are now using it and who like it. ... About the only handicap which the Medford Roller Mills' products is laboring under is the fact that they are made at home, but this handicap extends to and includes only a few of the townspeople. The majority of Medford people are boosters, not only for Medford Roller Mills' products, but for the Hoke cannery products, homemade butter and everything else made or grown at home. The prosperity of the entire community depends upon keeping home the dollars which rightfully belong here, the sooner will their and our prosperity become real and this great valley will again come into its own.
