They also arrested the couple who lived there. About 1:30 p.m. Monday, Rogue Area Drug Enforcement detectives arrested Raymon Sylvester, 43, on Highway 199 in Grants Pass. Sylvester was found to be in possession of 3 pounds of marijuana at the time of the arrest, a press release from RADE said. Detectives obtained a warrant and searched Sylvester's property in the 6400 block of Rockydale Road in Cave Junction with the assistance of Grants Pass police, an evidence technician and an Oregon State Police detective and trooper, the release said. Investigators found 20 mature marijuana plants, 72 immature marijuana plants, four handguns, five rifles, cash, a money-counting machine and packaging materials in the home. During the search Sylvester's girlfriend, Christilef Rensfield, 48, was arrested on charges of possession, distribution and manufacture of marijuana; interfering with a police officer; and resisting arrest.
