Hughes posts top marks at S.O. Dragway WHITE CITY -- John Hughes hit 171.24 mph to win the Super Pro division Saturday at the Southern Oregon Dragway. Michael Hall came in at 107.40 mph in winning the Pro division, while Tom Wilcox hit 87.19 to take the Sportsman division. Jesse DeBartolo won the Junior Dragster division at 63.46 mph, while Nick Martinson won the High School division at 99.58 mph. Saturday's Results SUPER PRO -- Winner: John Hughes, R.E.D., ET 7.76, 171.24 mph. Runner-up: Tom Crowl, '95 Van Ness, ET 9.01, 148.01 mph. Semifinals: Keith Johnson, '66 Fairlane, Mike Barty, '75 Vega. PRO -- Winner: Michael Hall, '95 Mustang, ET 12.45, 107.40 mph. Runner-up: Dan Holscher, '68 Impala, broke.
