November 05. 2014 2:00AM William A Geyer Jr. William A. "Billy" Geyer Jr. left us after a short but consuming battle with cancer Friday, October 31, 2014. He was the only son of William and Carole Geyer, born May 27, 1965. He attended Crater High School and got his G.E.D. with his dad in 1982. Billy served in the U.S. National Guard and was honorably discharged in 1985. He spent the last 10 years working for Colvin Oil, which he loved. He also worked part-time for Whiskey River. Billy was well known in every area his life took him. He loved racing, watching movies, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his friends and family. Billy joins his father in Heaven and leaves behind his mother, Carole; sister, Loni; a cousin who was as close as a sister, Cheryl; his children, Brandon and Justin; and one grandchild, McKenzie. Billy also leaves behind his extended family; and fiance, Diana Martin and her family. Billy had so many close friends and family members, of whom there are too many to list. You know who you are. A celebration of life for Billy will be held in the spring at Touvelle Park, just as he wished. We have to wait for the Race Season to end, so they can all make it. There will be an event November 15, 2014, 8:00 p.m. at Whiskey River for those who would like to attend. Our lives will never be the same and we will love and miss him always. We would like to thank Colvin Oil, Marsha from Hospice, and everyone who helped us out this past month. http://www.mailtribune.com/article/20141105/OBITUARIES/311059994 © 2015 Copyright © 1995-2011 Crain Communications Inc.
