Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend January 1, 2006 Emergency Services Conspiracy — Karie Ann Allen, 35, of the 900 block of Southwest Oak Street, Grants Pass. Medford police Friday arrested Allen on charges of conspiracy to commit identity theft, conspiracy to commit credit card theft and conspiracy to commit first-degree theft. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained late Saturday on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Tera Ann Parcell, 18, of the 200 block of Northridge Terrace, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Parcell on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
