Medford police reported the "Action Track" wheelchair was affixed to the back of the man's truck as it sat parked in his driveway in the 2500 block of Crater Lake Avenue. The all-terrain wheelchair had reportedly been donated. Police said a blue Yamaha generator is attached to the back of the chair.
