A Medford police officer on Friday arrested Lovell on warrants charging him with two counts of second-degree theft, two counts of third-degree theft, two counts of second-degree forgery, one count of possession of amphetamines and one count of failure to appear. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Friday night on $39,000 bail. Sex abuse — Alfredo Siton Baritua Sr., 71, of the 2700 block of Aldersgate Street, Medford. A Medford police officer on Friday arrested Baritua on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration. He was lodged in jail, where he was being held Friday night on $3 million bail. Assault, drugs — Corey Dean Malotte, 21, no known address. A Medford police officer on Friday arrested Malotte on charges of fourth-degree assault, possession of amphetamines, first-degree trespass and supplying contraband. He was lodged in jail, where he was being held Friday night on $50,000 bail. Eluding — Cordy James Herring, 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer on Friday arrested Herring on a warrant charging him with attempting to elude a police officer. He was lodged in jail, where he was being held Friday night on $19,000 bail. Assault — Michael Alan Horton, 49, no known address. A Rogue River police officer on Friday arrested Horton on charges of first-degree assault and first-degree trespass. He was lodged in jail, where he was being held Friday night on $1,000,400 bail. Drugs — Shannon Powers, 34, of the first block of Lewis Street, Medford. Powers appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines and endangering the welfare of a minor. She was booked into jail and released. Advertisement Drugs — John James Lindsley, 42, of the 4400 block of Highway 234, White City. Lindsley appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Dale Asberry Kelley, 72, of the 400 block of West Main Street, Medford. Kelley appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with delivery of a controlled substance. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Jackie Bonita Gray, 33, of the 1900 block of Pepper Street, Medford. Gray appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released. Theft — Johnathan Henry Sanders, 18, of the 1000 block of Temple Drive, Central Point. Sanders appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Wayne Thomas Rastellini, 46, of the 1300 block of Hawk Drive, Central Point. Rastellini appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Carol Ann Lesh, 41, of the 1400 block of Placer Road, Sunny Valley. Lesh appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines and driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was booked into jail and released. Crime reports Theft — 1100 block of Court Street, Medford. A Medford police officer on Friday took a report of a theft in which car seats, a compact-disc player, compact discs, speakers and a pair of leather jackets valued at $2,000 were taken. Burglary — 2300 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. A Medford police officer on Friday took a report of a commercial burglary where benches, a speaker box and other items valued at $1,410 were taken. Burglary — 2300 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday took a report of a commercial burglary where tires valued at $1,200 were taken. The tires were later recovered.
