According to Oregon State Police, Larry Burtchaell, 63, was driving his 1998 Toyota Camry northbound on the highway when he left the roadway just south of Prospect for unknown reasons, rolling his car. Police responded to a call about the crash at 8:25 p.m. Highway 62 was reduced to one lane for about three hours. The investigation is ongoing. OSP was assisted by Mercy Flights, Oregon Department of Transportation and local fire personnel.
