Emergency services, Nov. 7 By Mail Tribune staff Nov 07, 2022 01:45 PM A A Felony arrests Drugs — Sabrina Renee Decker, 35, of the 900 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Decker Friday on charges of delivering a Schedule II controlled substance and felony unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. She originally was arrested Friday on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, unlawfully possessing less than an ounce of methamphetamine and manufacturing, delivering and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Monday. Theft — Brandon Dale Engman, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Engman Friday on warrants charging him with first-degree theft and attempted first-degree theft and on a charge of being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in jail Friday and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Daniele Michele Humphries, 46, of the 19700 block of Antioch Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Humphries Friday on a warrant charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing a stolen motor vehicle, misdemeanor methamphetamine possession and second-degree trespassing. She was booked in jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Theft — Justin William Keaton, 45, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Ashland police arrested Keaton Friday on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief, as well as Medford Municipal Court warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. He was booked in jail Friday and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Leonard Wayne Kirklin, 57, of the 900 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Kirklin Friday on two counts of felony possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and charges of attempted manufacture and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. Medford police originally arrested Kirklin on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was held in jail Monday. Elude — Elizabeth Katherine Essex, 75, of the 800 block of Cobblestone Court, Ashland. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Essex Saturday on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. She was held in jail Monday. Suspended driving — Aaron Joseph Lacombe, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Lacombe Saturday on a charge of felony driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked in jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Escape — Austin Mathew Leopoldo, 20, of the 300 block of Fargo Street, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Leopoldo Saturday on charges of second-degree escape, second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with police, resisting arrest and second-degree trespassing. He was held in jail Monday. Burglary — Konrad Patrick Matthews, 59, no known address. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Matthews Saturday on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and for failing to appear in court on a Medford Municipal Court warrant charging him with second-degree trespassing. He was booked in jail Saturday and no longer an inmate as of Monday. Assault — Richard Allen Schreffler, 45, no known address. Medford police arrested Schreffler Saturday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was booked in jail Saturday and released Sunday on his own recognizance. Weapon use — Devin Christopher Larabell, 29, of the 2800 block of Alta Vista Road, Eagle Point. Ashland police arrested Larabell Sunday on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, misdemeanor strangulation, misdemeanor menacing and harassment. He was booked in jail Sunday and released Monday. Theft — William Kyle Triplett, 36, of the 2500 block of Merriman Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Triplett Sunday on a warrant charging him with first-degree theft and on a Colorado felony fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Monday.
