OREGON OUTDOORS VIDEO: Rogue Yacht Club By Mark Freeman, Jamie Lusch & Tom Backman Jul 16, 2020 05:00 PM A A In part one of this week's Oregon Outdoors, the Mail Tribune's Mark Freeman is out on Emigrant Lake catching up with the Rogue Yacht Club. The Rogue Yacht Club normally sails on Howard Prairie but due to low water levels has moved to Emigrant Lake for the summer. Mark speaks with the commodore of the club as well as a couple of members about what keeps them coming back to sailing. Mark Freeman interviews Dick Barbara, the commodore of the Rogue Yacht Club.
