Giron appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Angela Marie Whitman, 28, of the 500 block of Bulter Lane, Ashland. Whitman appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Warrant — David Earl Binford, 44, of Portland. Medford police Thursday arrested Binford on a warrant charging him with tampering with drug records. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $5,000 bail. Warrant — Tamera Sue Evans, 46, of Salida, Calif. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Evans on a warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine.
