Emerson, a prominent business man of Cleveland, Ohio, asking him to seek Mrs. Emerson, who left her home July 15 with intentions of visiting the coast. Little information can be gained from the letter save that Mrs. Emerson is slightly deranged mentally and that she is charged with stealing a large sum of money. The husband is not desirous of prosecuting, he states, but wishes to find his "dear little wife only to give her the tender care and attention required for one in her condition." The official is cautioned not to frighten Mrs. Emerson in any manner or it may result seriously.   MISS IRENE PLOTNER WEDS EARL ULRICH Miss Irene Florence Plotner of this city and Earl Ulrich were married at Ashland Wednesday afternoon by the Rev. W.J. Douglas of the Methodist church in the presence of immediate relatives and friends. The bride is a niece of Mrs. Lucretia Enyart of this city, and the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. William Ulrich of this city. The couple left on a honeymoon trip to San Francisco, and will reside on Skookum ranch on Union creek. The party stole a march on their friends in this city by going by auto to Ashland. The wedding is in the nature of a surprise.
