Emergency services, March 16 Thursday Mar 16, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Sex Offender Registration — James William Wood, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Wood Tuesday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender, and for violating his parole on a previous attempted second-degree kidnapping conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Tasha Marie Looper, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Looper Wednesday on felony charges of possessing heroin, oxycodone and hydrocodone, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and for violating her parole on a previous first-degree theft conviction. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.
