A Medford police officer Friday arrested Sczenski on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Friday on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Richard Allen Hon, 46, of the 100 block of West Vilas Road, Central Point. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Hon on charges of possession of amphetamines, delivering amphetamines and delivering a controlled substance near a school. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $35,000 bail. Drugs — Katherine Marie Rose, 44, of the 700 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Rose on charges of possession of methadone and a parole violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Identity theft — Mark Lewis Radley, 28, of the 2600 block of Avenue A, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Radley on charges of identity theft, second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $13,000 bail. Drugs — Ronald Richmond Anderson Jr., 35, of the 2700 block of Elliott Avenue, Medford. Anderson appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance.
