Emergency services, June 18 By Mail Tribune staff Jun 18, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Assault — Anna Marie Adams, 24, of the 900 block of Mary Jane Ave., Ashland. Ashland police arrested Adams Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday. Weapon Use — Raymond Richard Machesky, 60, of the 100 block of Cedar Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested Machesky Thursday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon and on misdemeanor charges of first-degree animal abuse and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Burglary — Steven Douglas Simone, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Simone on felony warrants charging him with second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, unlawfully delivering a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawfully possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and for violating his parole on a prior second-degree assault conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail. Kidnapping — Nicholas Gene Tycksen, 41, no known address. Talent police arrested Tycksen Wednesday on felony charges of first- and second-degree kidnapping, first-degree sexual abuse, unlawfully delivering a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance to a minor and coercion. Medford police additionally arrested him on a detainer for violating his parole on a prior felony fourth-degree assault conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail.
