A Medford police officer Friday arrested Reyes-Olea on five counts of identity theft, second-degree forgery, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, providing false information to police about a crime and being an illegal alien, and three warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Jason Michael Allison, 25, of the 100 block of North Pioneer Street, Ashland. An Ashland police officer Friday arrested Allison on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Sirena Rosa Scherer, 24, of the 100 block of North Pioneer Street, Ashland. An Ashland police officer Friday arrested Scherer on a charge of possession of marijuana. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Friday on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Gregory Victoriano Orozco, 18, no known address. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Orozco on charges of possession of amphetamines, carrying a concealed knife and supplying contraband. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $13,000 bail. Drugs — Aaron Frederick Scarborough, 21, no known address. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Scarborough on charges of possession of amphetamines and carrying a concealed firearm. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $9,000 bail. Identity theft — Blayne Michael Boardman, 25, of the 600 block of Catherine Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Boardman on warrants charging him with identity theft, computer crime and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $18,000 bail. Advertisement Theft — Belinda Anna Burdge, 38, of the 2700 block of Leonard Street, Grants Pass. Burdge appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of first- degree theft and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Jessyca Lucille Baxter, 58, of the 11600 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Baxter appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Burglary — Ronald Allen Sohnrey, 25, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy late Wednesday added a charge of first-degree burglary to Sohnrey, who was arrested Jan. 3 on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Tosh Eagle Erin Ledesma-Boyd, 21, of the 500 block of Fordyce Street, Ashland. A Talent police officer late Wednesday added a charge of possession of designer drugs to Ledesma- Boyd, who was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of possession of amphetamines and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Crime reports Theft — 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday took a report of a theft in which $2,100 worth of items were stolen from a vehicle. Burglary — 9500 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. A sheriff’s deputy Friday took a report of a burglary in which binoculars and a checkbook valued at $400 were stolen from a home. Miscellaneous Vehicle crash — Water gushed into the back and side yards of a Medford home Friday night after a car crashed into a fire hydrant. A Medford Water Commission crew arrived at the scene of the 8:16 p.m. accident and shut off the hydrant after water spilled onto a property near the intersection of South Barneburg Road and Oakwood Drive, said Kurt Bennett, battalion chief for the Medford Fire Department. A power pole was also damaged in the crash, but the driver of the car was not hurt. City firefighters, police and crews from the water commission and public works department were joined at the scene by Pacific Power workers, Bennett said.
