Ashland police looking for possible Almeda fire witnesses By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Jun 11, 2021 09:32 AM A A Ashland police are looking for two people who were walking near the source of the Sept. 8, 2020, Almeda fire. Ashland police do not consider them suspects, according to a Friday release, but would like to interview them as witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to call Ashland police at 541-488-2211.
