The dividend will be payable July 20 to shareholders of record on July 11. Walla Walla, Wash.-based Banner Corp., entered the Medford market last year, when it acquired AmericanWest Bank, which previously bought PremierWest Bank. The $9.7 billion holding company has operations in five states.
