Medford police arrested Mullins Monday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Skylar Andrew Barge, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Barge Monday on a felony charge of heroin possession, misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended, providing false information to police about a vehicle, failure to present his driver's license and for violating his parole on a previous witness tampering conviction. He was lodged in jail Monday without bail. Drugs — William Joseph Paris Shepard, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Shepard Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Burglary — Justin Ray Dodd, 30, of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Dodd Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Tania Marie Boyd, 28, no known address. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Boyd Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on warrants charging failure to appear on felony charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, and for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Jesse Ramon Ledbetter, 21, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Ledbetter Tuesday on felony charges of heroin possession, methamphetamine possession and supplying contraband, and on a misdemeanor charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $28,000 bail. Burglary — Kody Owen Lewis, 22, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Lewis Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, and on misdemeanor charges of first- and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $25,000 bail. Court Appearance — Jonathan Daniel Westfall, 27, of the 1100 block of Wedgewood Drive, Central Point. On Tuesday, Westfall made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, interfering with making a police report, reckless endangering and harassment. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Austin L. Rogers, 18, no known address. Medford police arrested Rogers Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of harassment and fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $17,000 bail. Crime report Vandalism — Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 4:16 p.m. Monday at the 2300 block of Highgate Street. Four vehicle tires were reportedly slashed over the course of two incidents. The damage was valued at $1,000.
