Fran Elizabeth Moore Aug 31, 2010 12:00 AM A A Fran Elizabeth Moore Fran Elizabeth Moore of Eagle Point, Ore., passed away Friday, August 20, 2010, at her home. Fran was born and raised in Ohio. She moved to San Francisco, Calif., married William Allyn, and raised five children. Fran moved to Eagle Point, Ore., after she retired from the Geological Survey. Fran is survived by sons, Robert Allyn, of Calif., and Richard Allyn, of Okla.; daughters, Lorraine Brown and Lola Brokowski, both of Ore.; sister, Mattiebyrd Salter, of Ariz; brother, Jack Martin, of Ohio; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband, William Allyn, and daughter, Laura Waltz. Fran was tremendously devoted to her family and will be truly missed.
