Oregon State Police on Monday arrested Forbes on charges of first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, driving while suspended, reckless driving, driving while suspended and being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $43,000 bail. Drugs — Tiffany Lean Chambers, 29, of the 3300 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Chambers on a charges of possession of heroin. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Amber Layanne Troup, 30, of the 100 block of Almond Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Troup on charges of possession of methamphetamine and interfering with a police report. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Jeremy Lee Asher, 32, of the 3700 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Asher on a charge of felony driving while suspended. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on bail. Drugs — Andrew Jordan Gilman, 24, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Gilman on charges of possession and delivery of heroin, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a minor and for violating his parole on a past heroin conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.
