Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend February 14, 2006 Emergency Services Felony arrests Sex abuse — Randall Ray Chadwick, 36, of the 3100 block of Corey Road, Central Point. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Chadwick on one count each of third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy, second-degree sex abuse, and prostitution as well as two counts of third-degree sex abuse. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $27,000 bail. Robbery — Coleman Daniel Thorne, 18, no address available. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Thorne on charges of second-degree assault, third-degree robbery, endangering the welfare of another and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of more than $1 million bail. Theft — Diane Debra Green, 23, of Bandon. Green made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree and third-degree theft. She was processed Monday at the jail, then released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Vehicle theft — 1200 block of Stowe Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:19 a.m. Monday of the theft of a Ford pickup valued at $8,000. Theft — 3800 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:54 a.m. Monday of the theft of miscellaneous products and office equipment valued at $2,000.
