Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend October 23, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Vehicle theft, driving under the influence of intoxicants — Derrick Glenn Mills, 40, of the 1000 block of B Street, Ashland. Ashland police Saturday arrested Mills on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, fourth-degree assault and contempt of court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Saturday on $12,000 bail. Drugs — James Edward Giles, 51, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Giles on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Natalie Gail Singer, 21, of the 300 block of South Second Street, McCleary, Wash. Medford police Saturday arrested Singer on charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Sheryl Diane Singer, 47, of the 400 block of Old Highway 62, Eagle Point. Medford police Saturday arrested Singer on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving with a suspended license and a parole violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Andrew Daniel Bilyeu, 21, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Bilyeu on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
