November 14. 2014 8:57PM Wrap Up: Phillips homicide This week's edition of Wrap Up recaps one of the biggest stories in recent months: A Central Point man charged with murder in the fatal shooting of his wife Tuesday morning. Wade Eugene Phillips, 42, faces a murder charge in the death of his wife, 37-year-old Cynthia Michelle Phillips, and three counts of attempted murder related to other people inside the house at the time of the shooting.
