Ruth LaDean Myers Allsop Jan 31, 2014 12:00 AM A A Ruth LaDean Myers Allsop of White City, Ore. passed away January 4, 2014 at home, due to complications from a stroke. She was born to Emmit and Verna Standridge in California in 1952 and raised in Oregon the rest of her life. Ruth enjoyed crafts, dancing, and shopping. She was devoted to family and friends. She was married to Gene Myers for 27 years and they had one son. She was married to Joe Allsop for nine years and he preceded her in death in November 2013. Ruth is survived by Steven (Monica) Myers; two grandsons, Jordan and Skyler; and six siblings.
