Art in Bloom is coming to downtown Medford Apr 30, 2014 12:00 AM A A Look for the feature story next week in Tempo — The 14th annual springtime festival features nearly 90 art exhibits along Central and Riverside avenues and Bartlett Street in downtown Medford. There will be live entertainment, food, children's activities, a live graffiti art demonstration and more. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 10, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 11.
