According to a Medford Police Department affidavit, loss prevention employees at WinCo spotted Clayton Lynch hiding a pair of $23 sunglasses as he walked out of the store. Police say it took four employees to restrain Lynch, who inflicted minor injuries on two of them. Police say a pair of brass knuckles with a built-in spring-loaded knife fell out of Lynch's pocket during the struggle. Lynch was booked in the Jackson County Jail on charges of third-degree robbery, two counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of fourth-degree assault, five counts of harassment and a charge of third-degree theft. Lynch is also wanted on a drug-related warrant out of Arkansas, court records show.
