A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Hodgkiss on two counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Thursday night on $12,000 bail. Theft, drugs — Kristopher John Webb, 21, of the 300 block of North Holly Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Webb on charges of possession of amphetamines, third-degree theft failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night on $28,000 bail. Drugs — Charles Louis Skeen, 22, of the 9100 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Skeen appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacturing marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Lorraine Vasquez Clark, 41, of the 600 block of Brentwood Drive, Eagle Point. Clark appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of endangering a minor, manufacturing marijuana, delivering marijuana and possessing marijuana. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Vincent Bradley Clark, 37, of the 600 block of Brentwood Drive, Eagle Point. Clark appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacturing marijuana, delivering marijuana and possessing marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Brenda Sue Horton, 40, of the 1400 block of Highway 234, Eagle Point. Horton appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Advertisement Assault — Jeremiah Dawson Gooding, 22, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Gooding on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangering and harassment. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Jorge Alejandro Malfabon-Padila, 22, of the 1200 block of Bens Lane, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Malfabon-Padila on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangering and harassment. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Gregory Donald Dyer, 21, of the 600 block of West Clark Street, Medford. Medford police officer Thursday arrested Dyer on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangering and harassment. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft, forgery — Wanda Lee Atkins, 32, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Atkins on warrants charging her with two counts of first-degree theft, second-degree forgery and a federal crime. She was lodged in jail without bail. Assault — Renee Lynn Putnam, 23, of the 1100 block of North Rose Street, Phoenix. A Phoenix police officer Wednesday arrested Putnam on warrants charging her with second-degree assault and third-degree assault. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Thursday night on $50,000 bail. Attempt to elude — Gerrald Blake Wooley, 18, of the 900 block of North Rose Street, Phoenix. A Phoenix police officer Wednesday arrested Wooley on charges of attempting to elude a police officer on foot, attempting to elude a police officer with a vehicle and reckless driving. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Crime reports Burglary — 900 block of West 11th Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday took a report of a residential burglary in which 90 film negatives valued at $1,200 were taken.
