Medford police arrested Long Sunday on charges of second-degree kidnapping, fourth-degree assault, strangulation, and failing to appear in court in connection with a case of alleged criminal mischief. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on bail of $1,011,000. Parole violation — Louis Anthony Carreiro, 42, no local address. Central Point police arrested Carreiro Sunday on a charge of violating conditions of his parole for being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in the county jail without bail. Parole violation — Gerald Andrew Frigaard, 23, of the 1900 block of Springbrook Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Frigaard Sunday on a charge of violating the terms of his parole for indecency. He was lodged in the county jail without bail. Crime reports Burglary — Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report Sunday of a burglary at residence in the first block of Clover Lane, near Medford. Burglary — Medford police took a report of a burglary at a residence in the 700 block of Summit Avenue.
