Hunter made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts of second-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged Monday in jail and released. Sodomy — Tyren Rikard, 19, of the 1800 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Rikard made his initial appearance Monday in court on a charge of first-degree sodomy. He was lodged Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Joshua Wayne Rosecrans, 36, of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Rosecrans on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree trespass, furnishing false information to police and for violating his parole on a custodial violence conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Brett Daniel Nichols, 56, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Nichols on a charge of possession of heroin and four warrants for failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Sunday in jail on $32,500 bail. Trespass — Charles Edward Ganey, 25, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Ganey on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Vandalism — 100 block of North Front Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:14 a.m. Monday of vandalism to a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,400. Theft — 1800 block of Inverness Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:15 a.m. Monday of the theft of a Honda generator from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,200. Theft — 300 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:56 a.m. Monday of the theft of climbing equipment, tools and sunglasses from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,680. Theft — 4900 block of Industry Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 1:41 p.m. Sunday of theft of tools, water tanks and a computer programmer from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $2,375.
