Local report MacInnis , Gibson prove golden at bowling event Dean MacInnis and Holly Gibson struck gold in 1999 State Games of Oregon bowling competition. MacInnis, 14, won the 12-14-year-old scratch division with a 630 series. MacInnis, who carries a 154 average, rolled games of 237, 220 and 173. The incoming Eagle Point High sophomore also took the gold medal in the same division last year with a 612 series. Gibson, 14, posted a 593 series to capture the gold in the 12-14-year-old girls' division. The 154-average bowler from Central Point had games of 169, 243 and 181. Gibson previously won state games gold in 1997.   Rogue Valley bowlers roll into first in Bend A team of Rogue Valley bowlers captured first place in the Division 1 team event at the Oregon State Bowling Classified Tournament at Lava Lanes in Bend. Two Mo Beer, consisting of Jim Brockbank, Jeff Dreier, Mike Dauenhauer, Joe Dauenhauer and Jimmy Carlson, posted a winning total of 3,385. Carlson registered a team-high 783 series, while Brockbank contributed the next best with a 701.
