Medford police arrested Shaw Friday on a felony charge of coercion and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault and harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released on his own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Clarence Earl Carr, 34, of Las Vegas, Nev. Medford police arrested Carr Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle, warrants charging failure to appear in court on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and menacing, and for violating his parole on a previous second-degree assault conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday. Drugs — Tracy Dawn Brazil, 52, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Brazil Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Sodomy — Tim Allan Lewis, 63, of the 500 block of Wren Ridge Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Lewis Saturday on felony charges including two counts of first-degree sodomy, four counts of first-degree first-degree sexual abuse, two felony counts of sexual penetration, a count of first-degree kidnapping and coercion. He was lodged in jail Saturday. Burglary — George Allen Savage, 52, no known address. Medford police arrested Savage Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Saturday. Burglary — Cera Freier, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Freier Saturday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and methamphetamine possession, and misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. She was lodged in jail Saturday. Drugs — Bruce Westcott Girdner, 44, of the 100 block of Bruce Street, Yreka. Medford police arrested Girdner Saturday on felony charges of heroin and methamphetamine possession, warrants charging failure to appear in court on charges of possessing and distributing heroin, possessing and distributing methamphetamine and first-degree child neglect, and on a Washington warrant. He was lodged in jail Saturday. Drugs — Marisa Amber Graves, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Graves Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of failing to register her address as a sex offender, a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous charge of failing to register her address as a sex offender, and for violating her parole on a previous meth possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday. Forgery — Brandon Enrique Montemayor, 26, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Montemayor Saturday on felony charges of first-degree forgery and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft, and was committed on a 2007 third-degree criminal mischief conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday. Drugs — Selena Desiree Gurule, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Gurule Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Saturday. Drugs — David Warren Harper, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Harper Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and on an out-of-county warrant charging failure to appear in court on a charge of meth possession. He was lodged in jail Saturday. Vehicle Elude — Michael Joseph Richard, 21, of the 100 block of East Gregory Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Richard Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was lodged in jail Saturday.
