Eagle Point police arrested Walter late Sunday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, disorderly conduct, endangering another person and interfering with a police officer. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, then released Monday after posting bail. Drugs — Sabrina Kaye Lindsey, 25, of the 700 block of Jackson Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Lindsey late Sunday on charges of possession of amphetamines and probation violation. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Monday night without bail. Drugs — Justin Warren Workman, 23, of the 300 block of Third Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Workman early Monday on charges of possession of amphetamines, attempting to elude police on foot, driving with a suspended license and probation violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Monday night without bail. Theft — William Frank Simmons, 24, of the 100 block of Johnson Road, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Simmons Monday on three counts of first-degree theft, two counts of identity theft, and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Monday night on $81,500 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 3200 block of Valley Vista Drive, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report Monday of a burglary with an estimated loss of $7,500. Preliminary reports didn’t indicate what was reported stolen. Burglary — 7700 block of Bellaire Way, White City. A deputy took a report Monday of a burglary with an estimated loss of $500. Preliminary reports didn’t indicate what was reported stolen. Advertisement Theft — 200 block of Arrowhead Pass Drive, Jacksonville. A deputy took a report Monday of a theft of tools with an estimated value of $1,200. Disorderly conduct — Medford airport. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies, an FBI investigator and Transportation Security Administration officials went to the Medford airport at around 11:15 a.m. Monday when the pilot of a United Express flight operated by SkyWest Airlines had to land his plane because of unruly passengers. When the pilot announced the flight from San Francisco to Eugene had to return to San Franciso because of fog in Eugene, a man and woman aboard became upset and disorderly. The pilot decided to land in Medford. Investigators detained the agitated man and woman and interviewed witnesses before allowing all passengers to proceed to Eugene by bus, said TSA spokeswoman Jennifer Peppin. She said the U.S. attorney’s office declined to press charges, but Jackson County officials said the case will be sent to the district attorney’s office when local and federal investigators finish their work.
