A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Summers on nine counts of third- degree sexual abuse, second-degree sexual abuse and private indecency. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Friday on $45,000 bail. Theft, weapons — Alex Roy Martinez, 30, no known address. A sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Martinez on two counts of first-degree theft and four counts of being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $30,000 bail. Drugs — Matthew Oden Spencer, 35, of the 600 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Spencer appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Assault — Trevor Lawrence Harris, 22, of the 1200 block of Carlyle Street, Klamath Falls. Harris appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with second-degree assault and third-degree assault. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Austin Michael Hood, 23, of the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. An Ashland police officer Friday arrested Hood on a charge of possession of cocaine. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail. Drugs — Brandi Lee Scott, 25, of the 300 block of Bessie Street, Medford. A Medford police officer late Thursday arrested Scott on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Advertisement Crime reports Vehicle theft — 200 block of Rogue River Drive, Eagle Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday took a report of a theft in which a Yamaha Banshee ATV valued at $5,500 was stolen. Burglary — 7100 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. A sheriff’s deputy Friday took a report of a burglary at a business. Vehicle theft — 900 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday took a report of a theft in which a tan 1982 GMC Suburban valued at $500 was stolen.
