North netter wins tourney North Medford sophomore sensation Jenny Brown served notice this weekend that she could be even better than she was when she reached the Class 4A state semifinals last spring. Brown won the women's open title of the Lithia Motors Open Tennis Championships at Southern Oregon Tennis Club Sunday, defeating North Bend's Stacy McKenna, 6-3, 7-5. Brown advanced to the quarterfinals last year, while McKenna made it to the semifinals. Both will be among the top state contenders in May. In the men's open final, Seattle's Jesse Walter reversed the outcome of last year's final when he halted Eugene player Mark Quinney's run of championships at two with a 6-4, 6-1 triumph.
