Emergency services, June 17, 2022 Jun 17, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Witness Tampering — Thaddeus Shawn Worthen, 43, no known address. Ashland police arrested Worthen Tuesday on felony warrants charging him with tampering with a witness and identity theft, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree kidnapping, strangulation, fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, interfering with someone making a police report and menacing. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and was held on $130,000 bail as of Thursday. Vehicle Theft — Cody James Abbott, 35, of the 100 block of Meadow View Drive, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Abbott Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on a misdemeanor count of reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.
