Medford police Monday arrested Rucker on three counts each of trafficking in a person, compelling prostitution and promoting prostitution as well as two counts of first-degree rape and one count of third-degree rape. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on more than $2.5 million bail. Drugs — Jacob Grant Sather, 27, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Sather on charges of possession of heroin, being a felon in possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and violating the conditions of his parole on a previous burglary conviction. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Drugs — Elaina Rose Dibello, 24, of the 3500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Dibello on outstanding warrants for possession of heroin and failing to appear on theft and drug charges. She was lodged Sunday in jai and released Monday on her own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 1800 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:32 a.m. of the theft of several gold rings. The loss was valued at $1,200.
